OWN A PIECE OF HISTORYEBAY AUCTION OF SADDLECLOTHS WORN BY HORSES COMPETING IN THE 150TH EDITION OF THE QUEEN’S PLATE CLOSES The eBay auction to bid on the saddlecloths worn by all 13 competitors in the 150th renewal of the oldest continually run stakes race in North America, the $1,000,000 Queen’s Plate, ended on June 30th. WE’RE ALREADY PLANNING THE 2010 LONGRUN CALENDAR!Thanks to the generosity of the HBPA of Ontario, LongRun will once again produce a calendar featuring our graduates and their loving adopters for distribution to racing fans and Ontario’s horse community. The first version in 2009 was an unqualified hit and we look forward to your participation. If you would like to have your LongRun graduate featured, please send a photo (specifications to follow) and a brief bio of you and your horse to the LongRun office by August 15,2009.
