This 16.2H dark bay gelding is as innocent in the 'eye' as they come. JJ is the first one to greet you in the paddock he shares with his friends. When a new young horse comes to the farm he is very gentle with them and becomes the 'rock' in the relationship between his less experienced equine friends - he is a gentle leader, not a shy follower.

JJ seems to have had issues with his back, possibly from a starting gate accident he experienced on the racetrack, and he has enlarged ankles (ossletes which, as they are no longer "green" don't bother him). If you feel you need to give back to our wonderful equine athletes who provide us with so much pleasure, then provide JJ with a loving, adoptive home - JJ will thank you every day for the rest of his years by kissing you and casting that kind eye in your direction.
